Installation
What comes next after planning is the installation process. New pool installation is quite simple, when prepared accordingly. Your land will have leveled and new gravel or building materials will have been set into the pool’s foundation, creating an outline. Foundation-building for pools is crucial to their sturdiness to avoid tilting, overflowing, and leaking. We then install the pool, based on whether it’s a below-ground or above-ground pool, as they both have varying installation methods. Your pool is then sealed using liners, sealants, or building materials. There is also a waiting period in between your pool’s final installation step and its first use, that should be taken into account.
 
Below-ground Pools
Below-ground pools work well for backyards or indoor pool spaces that have excessive space to accommodate. Below-ground pools tend to look less bulky and flow into your backyard better, providing a nice transition between the patio and pool deck. Below-ground pools are recommended for clients that want their outdoor pool to be functional but also add a unique aesthetic to their landscape. Below-ground pools are more customizable in terms of shapes and are completed using brick, concrete, or pavers, to give them a secure and durable finish.
 
Above-ground Pools
Above-ground pools prove to be the more cost-friendly alternative to below-ground pools. They can often times even be bigger than some below-ground pools, once measured in full diameter. Above-ground pools are made from different building materials than that of below-ground pools, so the benefits range regarding their longevity and use. Above-ground pools are made using pool liners, rather than solid building materials, which can be punctured or need more frequent maintenance than concrete or brick. New pool installations for above-ground pools will still require land leveling, so your pool isn’t prone to shifting.
